Tejas Kheradiya, MBA

It was in high school that Tejas Kheradiya had his first “formal” mentor, a successful financial advisor in central Indiana. It was after that experience that Tejas realized the importance of leadership, coaching and mentorship.  The interaction with his mentor, solidified his interest in business and helping people with their careers.  Tejas went on to complete his undergraduate degree in business at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and started his formal career as a Financial Analyst at Johnson & Johnson. Over the course of the next 14 years, Tejas has gone on to be successful Finance professional with focus on leadership, early talent development, and coaching. Tejas also has a passion for entrepreneurship -- he has been actively involved for several years in his family businesses and has formed successful startups. 

Currently Tejas works as a Head of Finance for the US organization at Baxter Healthcare, based in Deerfield, IL. He has worked in a variety of roles within finance and management consulting, including roles within finance strategy, investor relations, country finance and business transformation. Previously, he was the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) head for Southeast Asia and India, based out of Singapore, in charge of the short and long term strategy for the region.  Over the course of his 10 years at Baxter, Tejas has won 2x Coach of the Year awards and currently mentors over 10 financial professionals in his spare time. 

Tejas’ interest in recruitment stems from his personal experiences in college and during his professional career.   Tejas has hired over 200 finance and business professionals over the course of his career. In addition, he’s the lead recruiter and executive sponsor for Baxter Healthcare at Indiana University. Tejas also previously sat on the Undergraduate Career Services Advisor Board at Indiana University.  

Tejas is married with 2 boys, Sohan (6) and Aarav (2).   He is currently finalizing his EMBA at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, jumping on his Peloton for a quick ride, and playing tennis.
